Welcome to Serenity for Success Retreat (the "Retreat"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, registration for our retreats, and participation in our events. By accessing our website and participating in our retreats, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or register for our events.
**2. Booking and Payments**
2.1. All bookings for the Retreat must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
2.2. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the retreat as specified during the booking process.
2.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods specified on our website.
2.4. All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
**3. Cancellation and Refunds**
3.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Some reasons will notbe considered.
3.2. Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a $500.
3.3. Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
3.4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
**4. Health and Safety**
4.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in the retreat activities.
4.2. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
4.3. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise during the retreat. Participants are advised to have appropriate travel and health insurance.
**5. Code of Conduct**
5.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the environment.
5.2. Any form of disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund.
**6. Intellectual Property**
6.1. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Serenity for Success Retreat and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.
